Managed by owners Michael and Rhonda Jung, who bring dedication and direct oversight to the daily operations, the complex is built on a foundation of high-quality engineering, with wind-resistant steel beam structures and city-approved fire safety infrastructure, including two fire hydrants on-site. After two and a half years of meticulous planning and securing all necessary zoning and city approvals with civil engineers, the project is now fully permitted and in construction.
